The festival is co-organised by les PIXELS Transversaux (Dvds VisionSonic, Résidences d’artistes…) and by the association Maison de Jeunes et de la culture which start to run and manage the Cultural centre Madeleine Rebérioux who has always programmed author of new technologies and of contemporary creation.
