I C::ntr::l Nature is an unambiguous, synesthetic action of audiovisual improvisation, conceived and performed by Marco Donnarumma aka The !S.A.D!.

The live act represents the sarcastic celebration of the human instinct finally able to govern the nature.
The body gestures sculpt the soundscape and the images deconstructing the whole life cycle of the caterpillar, making the microscopic world of the butterfly become an immersive and surreal ambient, minimal, organic sounds mutate in fearful drones, sometimes violent and obsessive.

This work is performed with an augmented bass guitar and the self-designed software C::NTR::L, Human-Computer Interface for physical computing developed in Pure Data by Marco Donnarumma.
